1. Data Controller

This website collects personal data exclusively in the following cases:

a) Contact form

Through the contact form, the following data is collected: name, email address, subject and message text. The data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to the request received and is not used for any other purpose.

b) Membership form

Through the Association membership form, the following data is collected: first and last name, email, city, phone (optional) and notes (optional). The data is processed for managing the membership relationship, communicating Association events and initiatives, and fulfilling statutory obligations.

c) Technical cookies

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for page operation (session, form security). No profiling or third-party cookies are installed without your explicit consent.

3. Legal basis for processing

  • Contact form: legitimate interest of the controller in responding to received communications (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Membership form: performance of a contract (membership relationship) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Technical cookies: legitimate interest in website operation (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Data retention

Messages received through the contact form are retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 12 months from receipt.

Member data is retained for the entire duration of the membership relationship and, upon termination, for the period required by accounting and fiscal obligations (ordinarily 10 years).

5. Sharing with third parties

Personal data is not sold, transferred or communicated to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared exclusively with:

  • The hosting provider (processing as external data processor).
  • The email service provider used for internal Association notifications.

Both parties operate within the European Union or with equivalent safeguards under the GDPR.

  • Rectification — request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
